Review: Rumors had it that if this single didn't do well, then Mel would be dropped by Virgin from her solo contract. I think it is safe to say that 13 is indeed unlucky and not successful. The video has a lot of cheese in it and that pretty much sums up the single. In case you are wondering, that is Phoenix Chi in the video. I find the Muslim theme in the video to be tacky as well. The remixes aren't too bad. Both of them have a good beat without all the club bass.
